Administrative Services section of the Board is responsible for the
Board’s general accounting functions including accounts payable and
receivable. In addition, the Administrative Service section is responsible
for the sale of lists and labels.

Attn.: Admin. Services, Fax Number: (919) 733-4209, Attn.: Admin. Services Register of Active Pursuant to NCGS 93B-3, the Board is required to make
available a register of all persons currently licensed by the Board. The
“Register of Active North Carolina CPAs” contains names only and
is sorted alphabetically. The register does not include those individuals who
are on inactive, retired, suspended, revoked, or surrendered status. A
register or list of those individuals who are on inactive, retired,
suspended, revoked, or surrendered status is not available. The register is
printed in two-column format on 8.5” by 11” paper and is
approximately 200 pages. A deposit of $200 must be submitted with a completed
order form. If the register is more than
200 pages, you will be invoiced at 50 cents per additional page. Payment of
the invoice is due upon receipt. Please send your completed order form and

Examiners, ATTN.: The Board does not sell or rent the mailing addresses,
phone numbers, or e-mail addresses of its current or former licensees or
Uniform CPA Examination candidates. If you have any questions regarding the

Tax ID Number (IRS Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) Each year, the Board processes thousands of exam applications, firm registrations and renewals, as well as certificate applications and renewals. Each of these transactions involves the payment of a fee, either by check or credit card, and subsequently the Board receives hundreds of requests to complete an IRS Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. To reduce the number of requests for the Board’s taxpayer identification number, the Board has made a completed W-9 form available here.
